=== The Realm of Ezethae ===

* Queen Tamia - Jaxson's mother, Queen of Ezethae. Her decision to marry an elf was somewhat controversial among the mostly human nobility at the time, but people have gotten over it by now.

* Prince Jamvalor - Jaxson's father, Prince Consort of Ezethae. Noted elf.

* Chancellor Vulmon - A trusted adviser and right hand man to Queen Tamia. He immigrated to the kingdom many, many years ago and began working for the royal family as a clerk before Tamia was crowned. He has shown himself to be sharp of wit and loyal with a convert's zest to the family and kingdom he has served for so long.

* Abbot Norry - Abbot of Ajahn's Cup Monastery. One of the only respected figures in Ezethae to say of Jaxson that "[He] is coming along well enough, he just needs some time to age properly, like a fine liquor. Did I mention we have some new barrels made from trees out of the Wise Oaks Grove? This is going to be great in about ten years."

:He heads the monastery/brewery in the middle of the realm. His teachings are most popular with the common folk of the kingdom.

* Lady Nareema - Queen Tamia's younger sister. She rules their noble house (as separate from the Crown's holding) in Tamia's name.
