King Lot of Lothian is the current ruler of Lothian and Orkney, a northern kingdom which is allied with Logres. He is possibly the most powerful ruler north of Hadrian's wall. A Pict, Lot is thought of as a savage who has merely rubbed the woad off his skin by many Cymric lords, though they would never voice such opinions due to his power and influence.
Personality
King Lot is intelligent, cunning, and shrewd in the ways of politics. He is one of the great lords of Britain, and intends to use that position to serve his own ends and those of his friends. He is often considered to be off-putting and savage, though he has learned to use this reputation to serve his interests through intimidation.
Important Deeds of Note
In 492 King Lot married Lady Morgawse, the eldest daughter of Queen Ygraine and adopted child of King Uther Pendragon. This marriage sealed an alliance between Logres and Lothian, and gained Uther a valuable supporter in his quest for the throne.
Also in 492, King Lot's first child, Gawaine, was born.
In 494, King Lot's second child, Agravain, was born.
In 495, King Lot assisted King Uther at the battle at St. Albans. He was called back to his homeland on urgent business before the feast to celebrate the victory, however, narrowly escaping with his life.
