This template is used on 4,500+ pages, so changes to it will be widely noticed. Please test any changes in the template's /sandbox or /testcases subpages, or in a user subpage, and consider discussing changes at the talk page before implementing them.

Usage

This template places a small star () in the top right corner of an article to indicate that it is a featured article on Wikipedia. It categorises them into Category:Featured articles.

This template should be placed at the bottom of the article before defaultsort, categories and interwikis.
