Changes

Liamed Duzan was born and raised on the El-Aurian homeworld. She was trained in the ways of her people as a Listener and her parents were involved in politics with both parents being part of the elected government. Liamed grew tired of the settled life though and looked to the stars and the tradition of travel her people was known for and so one day she decided to leave home to see what the galaxy had to offer. She eventually joined a deep space exploration crew heading to a mostly unknown part of the galaxy and this led her to Earth. She was fascinated by humans and their quick adaptability and their sense of curiosity and exploration. This led her to depart from her fellow travelers to further explore this culture and society that was just being introduced into galactic civilzation. She joined their Starfleet Academy posing as a human where she studied medicine with a specialty in Counseling and took for minors Astrophysics and Emergency Medicine. After graduating she received her first posting on the [[USS Erebus]].
