For starters, if you want to read the actual manual on this, you can find it here. It has more information that you will ever need.

The Basics

Make a New Page

To make a new page, you can type in a page name in the URL bar of your web browser, or more likely, make a link to the page you want to create from another page by surrounding some text with brackets. For example, if you have a character named Bob in a game and you want to put in waaay more information than fits with the campaign page, you can make a link with this text: [[Bob]].

Editing a Page

Mostly you can just type whatever you want into an existing page, matching what you're doing to how the previous person did it. There is an editor bar that you can use for various things like bold or whatnot that work enough like Word that you shouldn't have a problem with it. If you click the "Advanced" triangle even more options will appear.
