He is well known for  == Early Life ==Sir Botheric was born at Tisbury, in Salisbury, to his father Alaric and his valormother Jacqueline. At a young age Sir Botheric was sent away to Tolosa, vigorthe family's ancestral home, and temperanceto be educated in the traditional Occitanian ways.  He was squired in 479and trained by [[Sir Elad of Vagon]]. He earned his knighthood in 485 after he and his companions dealt successfully with a wild bear which had been terrorizing a local village, along with some local bandits who tried to waylay the group. The adventure proved formative, and the band eventually took the name [[Characters_(Pendragon)#The_Ursine_Brotherhood|The Ursine Brotherhood]] because of it. == Knighthood ==After being knighted in 485, Sir Botheric took control of his family estate at Tisbury and wed proved himself a capable administrator. Development and fortification of the estate has been near-constant, while still maintaining the love and admiration of his resident peasants. In many battles, Sir Botheric has shown his skill with the lance and sword. From 485 to 487, Cyril of Figgus was his squire.
