The Knights of the Sword encountered a drunken and angry Madoc in the year [[490]], after a feast celebrating victory in the Battle of Lincoln. Dame [[Runa]] befriended the man, listening to him rant about his father and [[Gorlois]], the Duke of Cornwall.
Madoc died fighting Duke Gorlois at the Battle of Terrabil in 491.
