A large upright stone set in a small clearing cut into the mountainside, open to the sky. The stone is marked by arcane and divine runes, and bears the inscription above. It is protected by powerful wards.
Jaxson recalled the story of a lifeless abomination who attempted to enslave the ancestors of the Ezethaeans and who was defeated by Saint Dabius, and sealed away. The location had been lost to history until stumbled upon by the party.

** Order of the Scythe - Believes that Ajahn's primary task for his followers is to be stewards over themselves, and to cut away the weeds of their lives while encouraging and harvesting virtue. Rector Aldis heads this order.
* ??? - creator god and patron of the Gnomes. Worshipped in Silvermist and by most Gnomes found in other known locations.
* Splint Chesthair - legendary ancestor-hero worshipped by Grodd and others in the lands east of the sea. Legend says he defeated a wizard and his army by dropping an army a mountain on them. Followers try to live by his example.
