He recently tasked two Namer Sensates, [[Hikari]] and [[Sigil#NPCs|Larissa Karras]], with assisting him with field research. As a result, they stumbled into an unknown, wandering portal to a material plane known as Datha. Joran is now working on finding a way to return the Dathans to their home plane.
He is known to speak several languages, including Axiomatic, the lawful language of the Modrons.
