Played by [[User:Jamie|Jamie]], Hikari was found in the Clerks ward on [[Planescape_(2015)#Sigil|Sigil]], apparently abandoned at a young age. At the time she appeared to be a young child around maybe 2 years old in normal human terms and with no memory of her past. She was adopted by Factotum [[Factotum Hiyoshi]] of the Sensates who was interested in what the experience of raising a child would be like, but who didn't want to go through the actual process of getting pregnant, which in her words is "too messy."

Hikari has never left the city of [[Planescape_(2015)#Sigil|Sigil]] her whole life and has begun to develop wanderlust. She has especially expressed interest in the Material planes as she can't imagine how they live and how different their lives must be. In light of this pursuit, the Sensates have agreed to loan loaned her one of their magical artifacts a portal key that will allow her to travel to the Material Plane through one of the many portals in [[Planescape_(2015)#Sigil|Sigil]]. Thus begins the first journey of her adult life, beyond the realm of [[Planescape_(2015)#Sigil|Sigil]] and into the unknown.
