Duke Ulfius lead troops in most major battles of the past few decades, including the Battle of Terrabil in [[491]].
In [[495]], Ulfius fought at the battle of St. Albans. Wounded in the fighting, Ulfius was still recovering in the infirmary during the feast of St. Albans, narrowly escaping being murdered by the Saxons on the terrible day.
