Visol

Visol is a Cassandrian Prophet, born with the power of precognition. He lives in a government-provided home on the outskirts of Memnon, the capital city of Cassandra. He has no job, and no prospects for one, due to his condition. The government provides him with food cost-free as part of a social program intended to provide for Prophets without allowing them to disrupt the social order of Cassandrian daily life.
