Queen Ygraine of Logres is the wife of King Uther Pendragon, and the widow of Duke Gorlois of Cornwall. She is a ravishing beauty and men who see her are often enchanted by her grace and charm. She has been lusted after by many men and was the cause of civil war between Uther and Gorlois.

Personality
Arguably the most beautiful woman in all of Britain, Ygraine is a highly sexual being who is completely comfortable with her body and its effects on those around her. She was extremely loyal to Duke Gorlois, never betraying him despite the lust of Uther himself. Since his death, Ygraine has been noticeably world-weary and her eyes carry a sadness to them.

Important Deeds of Note
Ygraine was thirty years the junior of her first husband, Gorlois of Cornwall, and they had three children together. Lady Morgawse, Lady Elaine of Tintagel, and Lady Morgan. A few scant months after the death of her husband, Ygraine and Uther married. The gossip around the court was that Ygraine was wise to agree to the match as it secured her future and offered her protection - rather than being vulnerable as the widow of a traitor she was now strong and powerful as the Queen of all Logres.

Ygraine is visibly pregnant now with Uther's child, and the whole of Logres is eagerly awaiting the birth of a new heir to King Uther, after Madoc's untimely demise.
