Madoc is not as authoritative as his father, and tends to have more of a scheming nature to himself. He's not villainous or evil, but he is definitely a political creature and is well aware of how to play the game to secure the best position for himself. While not legitimized, Madoc is kept close by his father, and is well-protected and respected as a result. He may not inherit the kingdom of Logres, but he has been entrusted with its protection, and Madoc takes that very seriously indeed. He has a reputation as a playboy, and has been known to have various lovers, seemingly unconcerned with gender.
