King Octa Hengestson is one of the kings of the Northern Saxons, along with his cousin Eosa the Giant.
Personality
King Octa is a savage through and through. He is brooding, warlike, vicious, and brutal to the last. Octa is a great hero to the Saxons, and carries a magical axe which seems to never dull and slices through his enemies with disturbing ease.
