King Heraut de Aprés of the Hundred Knights is the ruler of all Malahaut, controlling Eburacum - the capital of a former Roman Province as well as the second largest city in all Britain. His domain is the largest in Cumbria.
Personality
King Heraut is considered arrogant, standoffish, and rude by most everyone in Britain, and only half of that reputation is based on the stereotype of Romans. Heraut believes he is destined to rule Britain purely by the value of his blood, as he is a direct descendant of the old Roman ruling class who took over the island centuries ago. Styled as the Centurion King due to his Roman heritage and manners, Heraut is respected as a gifted leader of men, but many consider him a relic of a time gone by and declare that he will fall with Old Rome.
